Jesus lost none given to him, but one given to him was lost. (John 17:12)

Judas, who had now been raised up again, overcame Satan, who was opposed to those things of God which Jesus said should happen, and glorified Jesus. (Matthew 16:21-23; John 13:27,31)
To summarize, Jesus recruited Judas to save him. (Matthew 18:11)
Jesus saved him, and Judas served him with a kiss. (Matthew 26:49)
